ADMISSIONS
We are grateful for your interest in St. Scholastica Academy!
Our Admissions page is designed to guide you through each step of the process, from scheduling a visit to submitting an application. Here you will find important information about tuition, enrollment, and what to expect as you explore joining our school community. We encourage families to visit and experience firsthand the faith-filled, welcoming environment that makes St. Scholastica Academy a special place to learn and grow.

Prospective Families Welcome
Though we have a waiting list for new families for the 2026-2027 school year, we welcome prospective families to call, visit, and apply.
Please contact 612-275-7782 or send an email to principal.stscholastica@gmail.com and we will set up a time to meet.
If your family is new to St. Scholastica Academy an interview is required before acceptance to the school. It may include you, your child, a faculty member, and/or our principal. During the Family Interview you will have the opportunity to tour our school, have any questions answered, and learn about our curriculum and the expectations of St. Scholastica Academy's students and families.
FINANCIAL AID
Financial Assistance may be available for students in grades K - 12.
The funds generally come from generous individuals who want the best education for your children and funds vary from year to year.
St. Scholastica Academy uses Christo Accounting which determines Financial Assistance Awards. There is no fee to apply for Financial Assistance.

APPLICATION PROCESS
We are grateful for your interest in St. Scholastica Academy and look forward to getting to know your family. Because we are a small school with a distinct mission, we ask that parents begin by contacting the school to learn more about our program and to discern together whether St. Scholastica Academy is a good fit for your family—and whether we are able to serve your child well. During this initial conversation, we will also share information about our current waiting list.

After speaking with the principal and scheduling a tour of the school, families are welcome to move forward with the application process. Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

If a student is accepted, a formal family interview will follow. This meeting allows us to discuss in greater detail the expectations and commitments of St. Scholastica Academy, including the partnership we seek with parents in the education and formation of their children.

The application form is available below and is currently offered as a printable document. If you would prefer to have a copy mailed to you, please contact the school office and we will be happy to assist you.
